I am currently practicing hypnotherapy in
the Treasure Valley for a variety of issues
including pain management, smoking cessation,
weight reduction, athletic enhancement, stress
relief, and many more. I enjoy working with adults
and children of all ages.

My hypnosis training was with the Idaho School of
Professional Hypnotherapy which included a 14 month course on hypnosis and the advanced clinical applications of hypnotherapy. I am Board Certified with the National Guild of Hypnotists and am a member of the Nationwide Hypnosis Associates. I continue to advance my knowledge and expertise of hypnosis through continuing education with some of the finest hypnotists from around the nation, as well as mentors here in the Treasure Valley.

Other careers have included Massage Therapy and Physical Therapy. I currently continue to practice Physical Therapy here in the Treasure Valley as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. My vocations have complemented each other well. The rewards I have received by helping others recover from pain and injury have kept me motivated to strive for excellence in the use of hypnosis for pain management which is why I earned an advanced certification in pain management.

My interest in hypnotherapy has been long standing. Years ago I watched a stage hypnotism show and my curiosity led me to a weekend workshop which I found fascinating. At that time, I was unable to make the time commitment required. A few years ago, friends of mine delivered their child using hypnosis only. Due to unforeseen circumstances, last minute problems made her ineligible for regular anesthetics. The couple began hypnosis training immediately. They had less than 1 week of training and the birth went extremely well. She had very little discomfort throughout the birthing process and healed rapidly. Her circumstance reminded me of my fascination with hypnosis.

With my interest renewed I called the School's founder, Robert Hughes, and began the very next class available. Since learning more about hypnotherapy, and what can be accomplished with it, my curiosity about hypnosis has turned into a true passion for it.

I am passionate about hypnotherapy because I have seen how well it works. I have experienced it personally for pain and stress management. I have seen friends, family and clients become more empowered as well to make changes in their lives. It is one of the most powerful tools I have seen and has such rapid results that I am certain that it's use will only expand in the future.
